Shipping

All orders are sent with traceable shipping through Postnord. Orders with multiple items may be delivered in separate parcels depending on the size order.

I pack all my orders carefully in a cardboard box and I try to minimize my use of plastics in my packaging.

Sweden:
Shipping fee:  Standard shipping is 79 SEK.

Delivery in 2-4 working days.

At the moment it is only possible to order within Sweden.

Deliveries

When you place your order you will receive a confirmation email to the email you provide in your order details. It will take around 3-5 working days to process your order. The shipping then takes 2-5 working days. If your order can not be shipped within this time frame you will get contacted about this through email.

If you did not receive a confirmation email there might be a typo in the email you provided. If so, contact me on ag_keramik@outlook.com and we will solve it.

If you have not received your parcel within 8 days of placing your order there might be a problem with Postnord or you may have entered the wrong phone number. If this happens, contact me on ag_keramik@outlook.com.

Returns

You are able to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. After 14 days you can unfortunately not be offered a refund or exchange.

The item must be unused and in the same condition as when received.

You are responsible for the return and the shipping fees for the return. You can choose the shipping carrier but please use a trackable service so the items does not get lost.

Instructions:

 1. Send a clear statement about your return to ag_keramik@outlook.com within the 14 days refund period. Provide your name and order information.

2. All items should be returned in its original condition and packaging to make sure the item is safe.

3. You are responsible for the return and the shipping fees for the return. You can choose the shipping carrier but please use a trackable service so the items does not get lost.

4. You will be refunded with the full amount paid for the products and through the same service as used in payment.

When I have received the return and confirmed the product is in the original condition the refund will be sent out. You will receive a confirmation email that your return has arrived.

NOTE: Seconds and sale items are not refundable.
